How To Get Back On Track After a Set Back

September was the month when everything as I once knew it changed I wouldn’t say it was for the better but it’s never going to be the same as once was. I received my Personal Training and Nutrition certificate in 2020 (yes during lockdown) and I will be leaning more toward that going forward. Though it is tough to get back on track when there is a major life shift is difficult but always remember that it is not impossible. Take it one step at a time, and prioritize self-care (yes this includes sleep, eating healthy, etc). Also, give grace to yourself as this journey for change is not a sprint however it’s a marathon.
